ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY.

Hilley Consultants Limited. is committed to a clean, safe and healthy workplace and environment. We recognize our obligation to take all reasonable precautions to provide and maintain an environment and workplace that is safe and risk free to our employees, customers and the public.

MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT.

All levels of Hilley Consultants Limited. management are committed to, and accountable for implementing, maintaining, measuring and improving the environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs of the company. In particular, the Technical Manager and Field Technicians shall be responsible and accountable for implementation of EHS programs at the site.

Self-assessments of our performance in this area will be routinely conducted. We will measure performance and hold all employees accountable through performance enhancement processes.

The management of Hilley Consultants Limited will continuously provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, customers and public. We demand safe work behavior and practices at all times.

SUPERVISORS AND SITE FOREMEN.

    ✔ Are required to implement the stipulated Hilley Consultants Limited safety rules for activities conducted within their sites.
    ✔ Are responsible for reporting to the Technical Manager any aspects under their control which cannot meet safety requirements within the resources provided.
    ✔ Are responsible to enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE’s) such as helmets, goggles, overalls, hand gloves, boots, etc.

All employees are to comply with the EHS policy. And in addition, all employees Must take all reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their conduct at the workplace.
